By enrolling in HobiDoo classes or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrolment
Classes are intended for children, and enrolment must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on the child's behalf.
2. Fees and payment
- Base package prices are in US Dollars (USD). CAD, GBP and EUR displays are exchange-rate conversions for reference; confirm the payment currency and final amount with our team.
- Packages must be paid in full before classes begin.
- Discounted package prices are valid only for the selected package size.
- Prices may change; any change will not affect packages already purchased.
3. Classes and scheduling
Classes are delivered live online. Families are responsible for a stable internet connection and a suitable device with camera and audio. Rescheduling follows our Refund Policy.
4. Code of conduct
Students are expected to be respectful to coaches and fellow students. HobiDoo may suspend access for repeated misconduct.
5. Tournaments and prizes
Tournament participation and prizes are subject to the rules announced for each event. Prize decisions made by HobiDoo are final.
6. Intellectual property
All lesson materials, videos and content provided by HobiDoo are for the student's personal use only and may not be copied or shared.
7. Limitation of liability
HobiDoo is not liable for interruptions caused by internet, device or third-party platform issues beyond our reasonable control.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
